Structure Analysis and Optimization Design of Hanging Arm of Mine Operation Vehicle

Abstract: Telescopic boom is the main component of the working device of mine operation vehicle, and its design directly influences the working performance of the working vehicle. With the minimum mass of the hanging arm as the optimization objective, the mathematical model of the boom optimization is established under the constraints of strength and stiffness, in the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the parametric model of the boom structure of the work vehicle is established, and the response surface and sensitivity analysis of the design parameters are carried out, combined with multi-objective genetic algorithm, multi-objective optimization design of boom section parameters is carried out, and the optimal section form is obtained. The results show that the maximum stress, the maximum deformation and the quality of the optimized boom are reduced, on the basis of improving the comprehensive performance of the boom, the purpose of reducing the weight of the boom is achieved, which provides a train of thought and reference for the design and optimization of the boom structure of the mine operation vehicle.
